At Vale Hoodie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all items purchased from our store.

Important: Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) required

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items with missing tags or labels
  • Items damaged by normal wear and tear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Return Your Order

Returning your Vale Hoodie purchase is simple:

  3. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Pack your items securely in original packaging
  5. Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions. Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-7 business days for refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless item was defective
Note: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or colors within our 30-day return window. To exchange an item:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Specify in your return request that you want an exchange
  • Indicate your preferred size/color for the exchange
  • We'll ship your replacement item once we receive your return

Exchange Shipping: We'll cover shipping costs for exchanges due to sizing issues or defects.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Returns from international locations may take longer to process due to customs and shipping times.
